Bake Sale to Benefit

Hillsboro Elementary School

Please join us from 11-1 on Saturday, March 13, for a bake sale to benefit the school children of Hillsboro Elementary School. The FBC School CARE Team is partnering with the staff of the school to put on the sale! All proceeds will benefit the children of Hillsboro Elementary.

Want to donate baked goods to sell? Please have them to the church by 4 p.m. on Friday, March 12. Items can be left in the kitchen.

Want to buy? Stop by Cape Fear Discount Drugs on Ramsey Street (in front of the Wal-Mart) anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 13.

Want to make a monetary donation? Please see Kathy Olsen at church this Wednesday night or on Sunday.

Visit the Vets

Our next visit with the veterans at the State veterans Nursing Home will be March 23, 2009. Please join us!

Come Serve At Operation Inasmuch!

First Baptist Church is now helping serve breakfast at the Operation Inasmuch Breakfast Kitchen on the third Tuesday of every other month. Our next Tuesday to serve is March 16, 2010. All volunteers aged 18 and older are invited to help. Want more information? Call the office at 483-0477.
